My Activity

Reviewed Breakfast Burrito

"Super healthy, easy, and delicious. I read the reviews beforehand (as I always do and got the AWESOME recommendation to add apple chicken sausage and Newman's Own peach salsa. I had never heard of the sausage and it is now my new favorite. I made it on a Sunday for dinner and then had it for breakfast the next three mornings. ""

Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Salad

"I am a huge fan of wings and everything spicy. I thought this would be a good way to satisfy the craving and be a little healthy. I thought it turned out pretty well. Reviewed Stretch a Buck Turkey and Bean Burrito Burgers

"LOVE THIS RECIPE! I made a few adjustments. I used black beans instead of pinto (what I had in the pantry), brown rice instead of white (just get the microwave one minute pouch. I also had a yellow onion in the fridge and used that instead of the purple one and lime juice in a bottle instead of a fresh lime. I imagine the sauce could have been even better with those ingredients. I also recommend buying more ground turkey than a pound. I got the pack that comes in 1.3 lbs. I didn't have any of the problems the other reviewers did with the patties coming apart while cooking. The sauce is so amazing. Use fat free sour cream if you want to be healthy. I didn't need to put the burger on the bun! Healthy and yummy. A + in my book. Oh, did I mention how super easy and quick they were to make to?
