“Delicious and beautiful! Love the flavors and the colors of this wonderful dish. I've made this recipe three times so far - one of those times was at Thanksgiving in addition to the traditional turkey - just so company could try this. The third time, I made four of them and froze three (separately) for an easy re-heat and eat dinner.
