I made this today with a couple minor tweets. I used Mexican chocolate instead of cocoa powder and cumin in place of coriander. Those who exchanged chipotles for anchos we're changing the whole flavor profile, not a good idea. I was quite satisfied with the recipe and will probably make it again

This is a very light and tasty treat. Go a bit lighter with the mustard and use about half the cream cheese. Perfect finger food with cocktails."

Reviewed Chocolate Chunk Blondies

Sep 27, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I had my two grand-daughters (10yr and 8yr make the blondies under my direction. They had a ball and the blondies came out great even with only 11.5 oz. of chunks abd about 1/2 cup of pecans. The key is taking them out of the oven at the right time. Ina warns to slighly undercook them and she was right.""
