"It's not guacamole I tell everyone that before they try it. It's different but good even better IMHO. It's so easy to prepare and the heat the jalapeno gives it -sends it over the edge. I having experimented a bit with this recipe add the juice of a whole lime - it needs the acid, and it also helps with keeping the discolouration of the avocado (it goes to brown) at bay.
I also add a bit more avocado.
I have used straight blue cheese, but it's not as good - use less than the recommened amount if using normal blue cheese.
