I'm a survivor. After I'd had 4 heart attacks I found I couldn't do the things I used to when I wanted to but I found I could get a good and different meal before my steam ran out. I've been a great fan of food network where I get a lot of my ideas and most of my cooking tips. It makes me feel needed and useful again. Thank you FN!
