Reviewed Super Sloppy Joes

"Great recipe! I've tried others, and never could figure out how to get the sloppy joe to taste right. I used ground turkey instead of the beef, and I used Pam instead of adding oil. I will be making this again. Thank you Rachel Ray! You always come through!"

Reviewed Banana "Ice Cream" Fakeout

"Any one who is a healthy eater or eating lite for weight loss, etc. needs to try this! All you do is freeze some very ripe bananas (skin off & cut up). The next day, throw them in your blender or food processor with a little milk or water (I used water) for a few minutes and they turn into the best banana ice cream. So good & healthy! I had to hol"

Reviewed 30-Minute Turkey Chili

"Very good recipe! I added one chopped jalapeno & used 3 Adobe peppers instead of 1 because we like our chile HOT! I upped the the Chile powder to 2T. I also used 2T of the tomato paste instead of 1. I also added 1t of Cumin and 1/2t of smoked paprika to add more depth of flavor. Will definitely make again! "

Reviewed Honey Orange BBQ Chicken

"Great recipe! I had a bunch of clementines that needed to be used, so I decided to try this recipe. They are so juicy, I'll probably use them again to make this recipe. I was surprised how the juice gave the sauce the perfect amount of ZIP! I used store bought BBQ sauce & boneless chicken breasts. I cooked these in a hot pan with Pam, instead of"

About Me

I'm a pink Cadillac driving Mary Kay girl.  I love makeup and to pamper women with MK & my food. I love to make great food and be appreciated for it.  Feels good when people like what you make & what you do =)

Favorite Foods

I love to cook all kinds of food, but I gravitate towards Mexican food and Asian food.  I love spicy & intense flavors.  My passion is sauces & fun martinis. Okay, I  admit I ALWAYS ask for an extra side of sauce or dressing when dining out. Why do they only give you just a drizzle of the best part on the plate?  I love to recreate the sauces I try & am known for my sauces in my house. My favorite restaurants are locally owned. Hula Hut has a pretty darn tasty Thai Fajita, and Jorge's has the best margaritas in town =)
