My Activity

Reviewed Mini Shepherd's Pie

"This recipe was a hit with my family!! I had a ton of leftover mashed potatoes from our Easter dinner. I wanted a recipe to spice them up. Boy, did I find it!! My husband and 2 year old loved it, especially. This is a great, kid-friendly dish. Very flavorful. I found that there wasn't as much room for the beef filling as the recipe calls fo"

Reviewed Grand Champagne Cocktail

"I loved this recipe! I was worried when I discovered that we didn't have enough Grand Marnier than was called for. We just cut down the honey. Still delicious! Prosecco is perfect for this! And super easy to make! Especially if you have an immersion blender. Well done Bobby! "

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom who loves being in the kitchen!  I never had much interest in cooking until I got engaged.  After watching our friends make spaghetti everynight (literally everynight), I realized that I needed to learn how to cook!  I started watching cooking shows, reading magazines, and best of all, spent time with my folks in the kitchen.  There's nothing that makes me happier than seeing my loved ones smile when they enjoy my food!!

Favorite Foods

Anything with artichokes!!  Giada's Gorgonzola stuffed artichokes are always a hit!  Also, anything with garlic!  No vampires in this house!
