"I bought a bowl of fresh mango pieces from Costco (already peeled and cut) and they are not ripe!! I'm so mad! Will they ripen over time or is there anything else I can do with them? It's too much of a hassle to drive all the way back there to return them.

"I just found out that Homemade Gourmet is going out of business... I love their taco soup seasoning and am wondering if anyone has a copy-cat recipe. I have a ton of taco seasoning recipes, but that one is different somehow. I plan on stocking up on the pantry staple while I can, but would like a copycat recipe for the future.
