Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce
"Fantastic. Have a man in the house that really enjoys meat in his stuffed peppers, so in with the couscous, I added some lean ground turkey that I had browned on the side. It was delicious and the leftovers were even better. Will use this recipe many times again!

I love food.. everything about it. I love to cook, learn about food, eat, try new things, watch people create things... I have worked in some great restaurants and though I am always a front of the house employee I find myself in the kitchen and becoming close with the chef or sous chef because I am just fascinated by their wealth of knowledge. Aside from food, I enjoy travel, reading, my friends and family. I am originally from south Florida but just recently moved to the Philadelphia area.
