"A great easy recipe! My only modifications were using only boneless skinless thighs and a can of diced tomato. Oh and a splash of Voignier. Really great flavours, and tastes even slightly better as leftovers. Next time I'm going to add more tomato so I have more of the yummy sauce. Served it over rice."

"A must try! I wanted a fresh new recipe for spaghetti squash, and this sounded radically different from the way I usually prepare it. The flavours are excellent, even my fiance who dislikes squash gave it a try and loved it! I followed the recipe fairly closely but didn't measure anything, just went according to taste. Served it with oven roaste"

"I'm giving this recipe 5 stars because of how amazing it tasted after i made these additions:
- red bell pepper - 1 can of corn (liquid included) - chilli con lime seasoning - jalepeno sauce - onion powder - garlic powder - ground chile - chilli powder
I didnt bother with the rice, just left it without and garnished with tortilla chips. sweet, spicy, awesome flavour!"

"I just made these for a dinner party last night and everyone really enjoyed them. The little pizza rounds did puff up in the oven - almost instantly when they hit the heat so I pulled them out and poked them with a fork and patted them down lightly. I did also add a little bit of lemon zest to the mascarpone... I'm a big fan of lemon zest and i really think it improved the taste. Good recipe overall, they looked lovely but next time i think i wouldn't bother with doing the pizza round... i'll find an alternative. This is still a keeper, i'll just change the base next time!
