I added capers, as Giada's recipe calls for them and didn't use the essence. The capers add AMAZING flavour!

A great easy recipe! My only modifications were using only boneless skinless thighs and a can of diced tomato. Oh and a splash of Voignier. Really great flavours, and tastes even slightly better as leftovers. Next time I'm going to add more tomato so I have more of the yummy sauce. Served it over rice."

A must try! I wanted a fresh new recipe for spaghetti squash, and this sounded radically different from the way I usually prepare it. The flavours are excellent, even my fiance who dislikes squash gave it a try and loved it! I followed the recipe fairly closely but didn't measure anything, just went according to taste. Served it with oven roaste"
