"Juciest turkey ever! I made this for the first time a few years ago, and due to a screw-up with my order, the butcher gave me a 25 pound turkey instead of a 16 pound one. Like carolanniekins, the thermometer said my turkey was done after only two hours. The breast was cooked perfectly and was so juicy, but the thighs were a little underdone. Still"
