Reviewed Blueberry-Banana Bread

Sep 15, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

Love this- easy to make and hearty! I boil and shred the chicken for the recipe because i like the consistency. Also, i like to add a lot of garlic, celery and some white beans as well. "

I love risotto but hadn't made it before. I used bacon instead of pancetta, white onions instead of shallots and didn't have any saffron but otherwise followed the recipe. It was hearty and delicious and not too difficult to make! I served it with grilled chicken and a salad""

The red snapper ( which i have never cooked before) was a little expensive but so good and i had enough for lunch the next day. I served it with oven roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus and it was a wonderful meal. Than...

So good! I had sweet potatoes on hand and was looking for a new recipe- since i had everything in my kitchen ( except shallots- i subbed an onion) it worked out perfectly. It wasn't too sweet and was easy to make! Even my boyfriend liked the dish = success""
