"I looked up banana recipes since i had 4 over-ripe ones in my fruit basket. Giada's recipes are always good! I didn't have any cream cheese or marscapone so i made them without the frosting. The batter was enough for a batch of mini muffins too so i did some with shaved chocolate over the top, some with honey on the top and some with blueberries. "
Reviewed Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup
"Love this- easy to make and hearty! I boil and shred the chicken for the recipe because i like the consistency. Also, i like to add a lot of garlic, celery and some white beans as well. "
"I love risotto but hadn't made it before. I used bacon instead of pancetta, white onions instead of shallots and didn't have any saffron but otherwise followed the recipe. It was hearty and delicious and not too difficult to make! I served it with grilled chicken and a salad""
Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Fish
"I am not a huge fish fan but am trying to eat more of it. I love Ina's recipes and this one was delicious and simple to make. The red snapper ( which i have never cooked before) was a little expensive but so good and i had enough for lunch the next day. I served it with oven roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus and it was a wonderful meal. Thank""
Reviewed Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes
"So good! I had sweet potatoes on hand and was looking for a new recipe- since i had everything in my kitchen ( except shallots- i subbed an onion) it worked out perfectly. It wasn't too sweet and was easy to make! Even my boyfriend liked the dish = success""
