Reviewed Chocolate Chiffon Cupcake

Jul 23, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is not an easy recipe, nor is it the super moist uber sweet cupcake you find trendy now. But if you want to try a different take on cupcakes that are light and fluffy, and are into advanced baking, it's a lot of fun.

I think I was able to "fix" this recipe as people wanted more chocolate flavor, sweetness, and moistness.

I had always wanted to try it since AB did on his beef broth episode, but didn't have a pressure cooker. Then my mom gave me a small 3-quart one she had leftover, allowing me to try it.

The method blew me away. Here's why:

- It's easy: Buy some wings, throw it in, maintain a small hiss.

- Excellent...

This pie is "Super" because it has apple all throughout it. It will also change the way you make apple pie.

THIS is pecan pie! I'm usually impartial to the dessert, but this is the way it should be.
