I had my doubts given this recipe was so quick and so few ingredients! But it was so much more delicious than I thought it was going to be! I added a LOT more crushed red pepper, used salt and pepper vs grill/steak seasoning, omitted parsley and added two pats of butter towards the end! Delicious and easy weeknight meal!
