Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

"This was a very good change from regular steamed sprouts. I left whole with an "X" on the stem and roasted at 4oo degrees for 40 minutes. Outside was a little dark but did not taste burnt. They were cooked all the way through. Next time I'll check a little earlier,
