Yum......with 1 2/3 cup cream, I thought the fat content was on the high side.... I used a little over a cup of cream style corn, then the rest cream, medium salsa, added cumin and cilantro. I did have to thicken the sauce with a little potato starch.... This is a keeper."

My niece made these for Thanksgiving several years ago... This became my favorite way to fix Brussels sprouts. I am making them this year substituting bacon for pancetta adding shallots. ( I might be the only person at dinner this year that like Brussels sprouts, but that's okayI like this dish that much!!)

Over the weekend I grilled a huge pork tenderloin. I seasoned it very simply because I knew I would want to transform it some during the week. I made this last night; the only change was to add some Italian seasonings. Yum! Will be making this again the next time I have leftover pork!"

Interesting flavor combination. This was very easy to prepare -- hardest part was finding fresh mint!! My usual grocery store was out yesterday :(. I shaved a little Romano cheese on top. Would I make again? Yes, but only occassionally.

very easy, very good.... I added a little ground cumin and thickened the sauce with a little flour and milk. I forgot the Worchestershire sauce, but I think I'll add it when I re-heat the leftovers.
