Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs

I made these ribs for the first time today. I followed the recipe exactly as it was written. Which was very easy to follow. The ribs turned out EXCELLENT! I have always made ribs either BBQ or for New Years with sauerkraut. Now I have a 3rd option. They tasted great on this cold snowy day we are having. I did not make the polenta portion however....
