This was so good! We have already made it twice. It also tastes great re-heated. One thing- I messed up and added the sour cream to the dish directly instead of a side of pumpkin/sour cream mixed together on the side. It ended up having a creamy sort of texture that we all really liked. When we made it again, we did the same thing-- on purpose...

This tasted really good, but it took a lot longer to make than the recipe would suggest and we ended up with a big mess. Also, it seemed pretty unhealthy with all that oil and cheese.

We had this as the main part of a vegetarian dinner. Both the adults and the kids liked it. When we reheated it the next day it tasted just as good.

It looked good online, but it tasted very unauthentic. My husband said it tasted like something his mom would have made when they were growing up (lol!). I wouldn't make it again.
