Reviewed Oatmeal Cream Cheese Butterscotch Bars
"It has many of my husband's favorite flavors ie butterscotch and condensed milk. I got
distracted and forgot the chips, sprinkled about half a bag on the hot crust and finished
the recipe. There was just enough butterscotch flavor and it actually turned out well.
I might suggest using the non-stick foil for easy release. Will make again.
