Reviewed Throwdown's German Chocolate Cake with Coconut-Pecan-Cajeta Frosting, Chocolate Ganache and Coconut Whipped Cream

"A shit ton of work. The cakes overflowed. The frosting never became caramel (waste of $). Had to get frosting last min from the store. That being said, the cakes were extremely moist and delicious!!! After assembling the cakes and frosting, it looked a little sketchy and rough so rather than just let the ganache drip off the edges, I used an offset spatula to spread and smooth the ganache all around the edges to give a great finished look! After decorating the top and sides with coconut and pecans, it looked so professional! Finished product looked and tasted AMAZING but I'd never make this again.
