"I've made this twice, the first time with bacon and the second time with pancetta. For wine I used a chardonnay. I'm not sure why, but it's been disappointing both times. So many people have talked about how unbelievably delicious this is, but mine always ends up tasting bland. I probably won't attempt this anymore."
