"Wow was really tasty. Forgot to use the balsamic though. The bruschetta is amazing if you grow tomatoes and a good way to use them if you have a lot. Also make sure to season the breadcrumbs makes the eggplant so much better! I also used canola oil rather than butter and it came out awesome. "

"Great recipe. It definately takes longer then 10 minutes to cook or else the celery and carrots are not soft enough. Instead of adding macaroni I added potatos and dunked italian bread. And I didn't have cabbage and it tasted great without it. Definately will be making this again during the winter. ""
