Reviewed Niman Ranch Burgers
"My college-age son has just been learning to cook so he can take some recipes with him to school. He found this recipe and printed it out and made us dinner. We LOVED this burger. It's so moist. We used a good hamburger bun from the bakery instead of an English muffin and brushed it with some butter and grilled it before adding the burger; it was delicious. Onions are a great finish!! He has made these for his housemates several times. This is a keeper in both of our recipe books!
