Never know I even liked brussels sprouts until I tried roasting them. Add a couple cloves of garlic and some diced pancetta to really jazz them up!

They looked great and were nice and light but the aftertaste was grainy/chalky. I have no idea whether this is from the whole wheat flour or the quick cooking oats. I would make these again if anybody has an answer."
