Reviewed Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze
"Excellent Scone......These are now a family favorite in our book. I used Meyer Lemons (they were on sale and they tasted great!)
If the dough is too dry add some more heavy cream.
I also used frozen blueberries instead of fresh....
..Perfect and light.............better than cookies! Our new favorite!"
"Been wanting to try making scones. Today I did. These were fantastic!......It is now part of my family recipes.
I shared some with my neighbors and now they are going to make them as well.
I could not find vanilla beans, so I used Organic Vanilla instead. Worked out great.
When it came to the glaze I used about 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1/4 "
