I made this recipe today as it looked like a hearty meal for a snowy day! It was delicious. My family loved it and even ate seconds. I will definitely make it again. I did not use pickled pork. I used a nice slab of ham instead.

This was wonderful! The only change I made was to add 3 tbl. butter to the potatoes before mashing them and I added a little melted butter to the topping to help it brown. I will definitely keep this recipe to use again and again!
