Reviewed Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes
"i just made this lastnight and i thought it was delicious but the cupcake itself was very dry and i thought the dryness of that with the peanut butter made it difficult to eat i definatly needed a glass of milk with it. but the frosting was delicious with the jelly. I almost felt like i was eating an uncrustable lol... im definatly going to to this again but maybe substitute the sour cream with vegetable oil and see how it comes out.. (crossing my fingers)
About Me
I have ALWAYS liked cupcakes... i mean who doesnt? lol But after watching all of these baking shows & competitions on tv from people with theyre own business, they seemed to be pretty successful and it looked like fun so i realized "hey maybe i can do this too".... So with the help of my mothers baking skills and her family recipes and even some of these(just add a little bit of my own touch), I've been slowly improving. It definatly can be stressful but its also fun. i have been taking a fews small orders here and there for birthdays , get togethers etc. and so far i have been getting some good feedback! i am hoping to build some more clientel and make more money so that i can eventually open up my own cute little shop in the future.
