OMG!! I made this yesterday and thought about it all night. This was amazing. I usually don't comment, especially if I have changed some things, but this was so good. I made this dough on Saturday afternoon, and baked them Sunday morning after chilling the dough. (the reviews helped immensely) These are AWESOME!!!! Followed exactly except I just used all purpose flour - my friends said they are the best cc cookies they have ever had. Thank you as always Alton!

I just made this, and it was fantastic. I was scared because I didn't mix it the way the recipe says by creaming the sugar and butter together. I forgot....I just mixed the dry, mixed the wet, and then combined. It still came out absolutely PERFECT!

I love broccoli and thought this would be fantastic. I don't know what I did wrong, but it was just ok. I too added some grated cheese, and did feel it was a bit gritty. I am going to try again.
