Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"Very yummy. Only difference was I had to use bacon instead of pancetta. This probably would have been five stars if not for user error and not saving pasta water to thin out the sauce a little bit. Without the extra water the sauce came out a little pasty. Will be making again. Thanks Chef Anne :)"
