I like grapefruit juice, but haven't been able to find very many drink recipes that I like that use it. This one is a keeper. My version that I can throw together in a minute uses Stoli vodka, Grand Marnier, Minute Maid frozen lemonade concentrate (don't add water), and Simply Grapefruit refrigerated grapefruit juice.

The brie is great in this, giving it an elegant taste suitable for a special occasion or everyday treat. Skipped the bacon - spinach artichoke dip just doesn't need it. Next time I will use hot sauce instead of the cayenne. I like the little bit of heat, but think hot sauce would have a better flavor in this.

Made this with tofu instead of chicken for the vegetarians, and that worked fine. A bit bland, so I added balsamic vinegar to help pick up the flavor. Make sure you add the parsley or maybe cilantro at the end. I think next time I will add fresh lemon juice at the end, too.

This is a must try if you are looking for an easy way to make an outstanding meatless pizza using a bought crust (I used Boboli, and it was great). Works fine baking in the oven instead of on the grill, if you want to go that way.

Great dish. We like it even better when I use half the porcini mushrooms and add 1/2 lb. fresh, sliced baby bella mushrooms. This way we get the porcini mushroom taste, but not quite as strong, and we get some texture and taste from the fresh mushrooms.
