Reviewed Slow-Cooker Pork Tacos
"I omitted the ancho and pasilla chiles because I figured it would just be way too spicy for my taste, and did not use the cinnamon stick. I made the recipe using a 1 lb pork tenderloin and fixed the recipe accordingly - since it's just me and my husband, we don't need all that food. The flavor was fantastic!! And I'm glad I did not use those other chiles since the chipotles in adobo sauce made the spice just right. If there had been any more spice, I could not have eaten it. With some guacamole and cilantro on the side, it was great!!"
