Wonderful! After reading through the reviews, I increased the wine to 3/4 c., added 3 cloves of garlic, and added 1 lb. asparagus. I also cut the pancetta into batons so the flavor was more pronounced. It was a huge hit with my family. I'll definitely make it again.
