Reviewed Pancetta-Wrapped Pork Roast

The pork was too dry despite being wrapped in the pancetta and had way too much garlic for most people's taste, with the thyme and rosemary being completely over powered. I had such high hopes after reading the other reviews and having prepared other more flavorful pork loin recipes. Very disappointing.
