NO NO NO this recipe is a disaster. You have to be careful to not let the chips dry out. I like recipes that suggest ingredient amounts, this does not do that. The mixture is good but if you don't get it evenly distributed over the chips, some will be bland and the others may be overpowered with spices - such as the chili powder. A person who "

This was a well written recipe, easy to follow and practical. The bechamel was a snap to prepare. The meal was delicious and it looked just like the picture. The down-side was, I didnt care for the cinnamon taste added to the meat. But this recipe offers a lot of variations which I am anxious to try."

Saved this recipe for a special Christmas breakfast. Didnt enjoy the recipe as much as I thought I would. I take some of the responsibility. First of all, "slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each. (Use any extra bread for garlic toast or bread crumbs)" - my gawd how big a loaf is she working with? Thought 1 inch slices would be way too...

This was an absolutely fantastic recipe. I am looking for ways to cook zucchini and to master a tempura like coating. I had all the ingredients so that made the recipe a snap and it was so easy to follow. I didn't make the sauce because I was serving this with rice and other Japanese food items. I pulled tomatoes, onions, and zucchini from ou...

THIS WAS FANTASTIC!

If I were on the show The Best Thing I Ever Ate, I would refer to this recipe. The recipe was easy to follow, looked exactly like the picture and when I served it, it was appetizing, flavorful and truly restaurant quality. Perfect for a hot summer meal. I guess I am proud because the majority of the items...

I am so done with this recipe. I spread my issues around and the word came back - these are complicated directions for a simple recipe. I modified the recipe so that the potatoes remained starchy, poured the butter over the potatoes. Used a nonstick skillet, coated it in oil and butter. They browned nicely; they stuck together nicely, flipped easily....
