"Marcela. The for the recipe and your show. I made the turkey yesterday
and it was a big, big hit. I need to make more sauce for those whom want
more with their portion of turkey. Its a great change of pace to roasting a
turkey. Everyone loved it!
Reviewed Potato and Poblano Gratin
"The recipe is great. It was a hit at our pre-thanksgiving party.
Everyone wants the recipe. The poblanos (pacillas out here)
made the dish. The potatoes were done fine as the recipe
called for. I've been requested to make this dish as well as
the mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner.
