"I've made this a few times (with the feta) for my very picky husband and we both love it! He even requested it recently. It's so simple to make but it has a great, fresh, light taste.""

"Delicious! I left out the chicken and the rice and used canned chick peas, and the harira still did not seem to be lacking anything."

"These cookies were great and very easy to make. I split the dough into fourths instead of in half and made half the cookies with peppermint extract and half with almond extract. For the peppermint ones, I used 1/4 teaspoon of the extract, and the cookies came out with the perfect amount of mint flavoring (a little more wouldn't hurt, though). After moving to Germany, however, my desire not to starve trumped my inexperience, and with the help of some friends, I learned how to cook. Now, most recipes and novel creations are a piece of cake. I still haven't gotten up the courage to try to make real croissants, though. One of these days...
I love mint. I'm not a big fan of ice cream. I love trying foods from all around the world. The Middle Eastern and North African cuisines are two of my favorites.
