Reviewed Spicy Macaroni and Cheese with Chorizo Sausage
"Loved it, first time cooking with chorizo and wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. So glad I found this recipe. It was even better (almost) the next morning as a snack. I also omitted the hot sauce because of our toddler and used a large can of drained diced tomatoes that I seasoned with some salt and pepper. It was super!
