"Made these last nite. Went with more of an appetizer size instead of the 5" diameter from the show. Used a 3" diameter cookie cutter and got about 12 disks out of the sheet of dough. 1 Poblano and 2 oz. of cream cheese with a little shredded monterry jack cheese added, They were done in about 20 min. at 350. Reviewed Pat's Smoked Catfish
"Awesome catfish recipe. I've loved on this recipe twice. Doctored the dill sauce with a bit of Texas Pete hot sauce the first time, along with some orange zest, and went straight hot sauce only the second time. The apple smoke flavor is the shizz.
I know there was some boot knocking after that episode. Bruuush on. Bruuuush off. Gina is sweet molasses. ;)
