Reviewed Apricot and Salami Scones

"I thought these were good, but not great. The actual dough lacked flavor and needed a little something, maybe some black pepper. I used the recommended Ivy Cottage scone mix, but instead of using 6 oz of salami, I only used 4oz. It looked like so much salami compared to the dried apricots. And the finished product definitely had enough salami!"
