Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf

I left out the carrot and used bread crumbs instead of croutons but this meatloaf was fantastic. Best meatloaf I have ever eaten and the glaze is to die for. There is nothing I would change but I do remember that my meatloaf took about 15 minutes extra in the oven to cook through. Thanks Alton, everybody loved this meatloaf."

Reviewed Herbed Egg White Omelet with Tomatoes

This recipe spawned a fantastic whole egg omelet with balsamic vinegar on the tomatoes instead of cider. I also added a little bit of turkey. The parsley addition was fantastic as well as the idea to broil on high for a little bit.
Very tasty meal. I am sure this meal would be just as tasty without the alterations."
