AWESOME! Not your usual overly sweet or mayo based carrot salad. I made a gigantic batch of this for my son's birthday party yesterday and it was a huge hit. Several people asked for the recipe.

Just made this for a dinner party last night. It was a huge hit. Great balance of sweet, sour and boozy.... This one's a keeper.

I love making mussels and eating them. This recipe was very good, but not great. The spicy element was right on, but here was too much liquid and not enough subtlety or complexity of flavors for me. Loved the harissa, but not the texture of the chorizo. That said, it's a solid recipe. I'm using the leftovers for risotto tonight.

Love this dish! This recipe is amazing and it's one of my son's favorites and has been for years. I've made this more times than I can count. I only use about 1/2 of the dumpling recipe and make them a bit smaller and it makes more than enough for the dish. "

WOW!!!! This is a great dish and perfect for a weeknight! I didn't have all of the ingredients in the house, so I made some pretty significant substitutions and it worked beautifully. I used italian parsley instead of cilantro and also added some ground coriander, about the same amount as the garam masala (I generally eye ball ingredients when co"

I made this for Christmas dinner. WOW!!! It was absolutely fabulous! The only substitution I made was white wine because we didn't have any red in the house. Everyone agreed it's going to be a new tradition to make this dish. It's one of the best things I've ever tasted!"

These were fantastic. I made them for the superbowl game and they went like hot cakes. The steaming and baking ensures that you don't have pieces of nasty rubbery skin that you can get when frying. Also, I was able to talk myself into believing that they weren't that fattening. Next time I'll try to reverse the proportions of butter and hot s...

This soup is one of my favorite recipes from this site and has become a staple for me. I've got a cold brewing and am going to make a batch for dinner tonight. I prefer it without the rice. The tangy lime with the bite of the jalapeno and the citrusy cilantro. Comforting and addictive!""

Really great! I've made this several times now. I use pepperoncini's because that's what we keep in the house. I love this chicken recipe, and so does my fifteen year old son. It's easy and delicious. Perfect for a week night meal. I haven't tried the salad. I'm not a fan of sweet salad dressings."
