OK, i tried these with an good quality parmeasan and i think it was too greasy. I had to cook them longer than 6 minutes and don't remember how long cus i just kept adding minutes. they never got crisp, just stayed chewy. i am game to try them again with a less expensive piece of cheese. hope this works. i find ina's recipes are harder to duplica...
