I have a genuine love for various cusines, cooking, entertaining. Currently I'm endeavoring to learn from the "old Masters" so to speak, so I've dusted off my Julia Child recipe book that I've had since my teens, and doing careful research and reading. I plan on making one of her dishes once per month.
I greatly enjoy learning new recipes, tasting foods from various cultures and trying my hand in them in my own kitchen--Thee most important room in the house :-)
A good meal, well prepared and plated to soothe the eyes can cure any bad mood.
Food and Wine, gardening are my passions. I'm finally taking time out to learn more, cook more, experience more. I see culinary school in my future at some point, but until then, I'll keep learning the old fashioned way.
Favorite Foods
Thai, Mexican, Sea Food are my favs, but I'm quite open to various cusines from around the world.
