My Activity

Reviewed Everyday Brownies

"If these are baked in a 13x9 pan for 20-25 minutes as instructed in the recipe, they will come out cakey, just as many of the reviewers have noted. I bake them in a 9 inch pan for 20 minutes and they come out fudgy and fabulous. Even if the middle looks underdone, when it cools, its sets to a perfectly fudgy brownie. It's a great recipe."

Reviewed Red Velvet Cupcakes

"I don't understand some of the negative reviews of this recipe, I have been making it for years and I cannot stop getting requests for it from co-workers, teachers, and kids in my children's school. We have gotten so used to sugary artificial frosting that most people dont know what real cream cheese frosting is supposed to taste like. This is the"

Reviewed The Eggbert's Sunriser

"This was fabulous! I did all the chopping the night before to make things go a little quicker in the morning. This recipe has all you want in a breakfast:eggs, potatoes, ham, veggies and cheese. My whole family loved it. "

Reviewed Marmalade Muffins

"These are good, moist muffins. But they look different than the ones pictured, the glaze is only orange juice and brown sugar, so it sinks right into the muffins and disappears if they are glazed directly after removing from the oven as instructed in the recipe. Other than not looking too pretty, they taste good. "

Reviewed Italian Club Sandwiches

"This is a great sandwich, it's different than the usual, but even my picky 6 year old liked it. If you let the mayo sit in the fridge for a few hours, it will really take on a great onion flavor. ""

Reviewed Jhessyka's Fave Corn Pudding

"I had the same problem as many of the other reviewers, the pudding did not set up, even though it had great flavor. Next time I will add more cornstarch. Also, on the show she blended the milk and corn in a blender, so that the milk is infused with the corn flavor. The instructions in the printed recipe are not clear on this. ""

Reviewed Rice Pudding With Cherries

"This is fabulous! However, be sure not to make it ahead of time, I made it 3 hours before I served it and kept it in a warming drawer, covered, and it dried out. But made fresh and served promptly, it is creamy, rich and wonderful. Sweetening the pudding with the white chocolate makes it so much better than your regular rice pudding, I've made it ""
