This is the best and easiest Fettuccine Alfredo I've ever made. The sauce is silky smooth. I did add 2 large cloves pressed garlic to the butter and cream mixture which gave it the perfect amount of garlic flavor. This is definitely my new go-to Alfredo sauce recipe. Absolutely delicious! Reviewed No-Baste, No-Bother Roasted Turkey

I made this Turkey for Thanksgiving last year (2012) and it is "hands down" the best and easiest Turkey I've ever roasted and I've been roasting Turkeys for 30 years. You MUST use a covered roaster. Covering a pan with foil will just not cut it, so all of you who used foil and didn't understand why it didn't work, need to follow the instructions....

Excellent Salad! I have made this several times and it "Tastes as good as it looks." I would definitely use a red bell pepper for even more color next time, as the yellow bell pepper in the recipe, just blends in with all of the yellow corn. Served with a Mojito Lime Pork Tenderloin and Sauteed Zucchini. Tastes even better the 2nd day. Tomorrow...
