“Very tasty and filling! I made mine with Umbrian lentils which don't go to mush when they are cooked and i added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice whilst adjusting the seasoning at the end. There is enough for two more servings tomorrow, when I suspect it will taste even better.
This reminded us very much of the lentil soup we were served...”
