About Me
Love being in the kitchen! Its my way of relaxing and blowing off steam, literaly. Pleases me when everyone enjoys my food. The children I cook for inspire me when we go out to eat and comment that I could have made a better version of the same dish at home :D
Favorite Foods
Italian dishes are my favs to cook, so simple and very delicious. Goat cheese and spinach stuffed chicken breast along side fettuccine alfredo is always a hit at my house.
Everyone raves about my potato salad. Family and friends all agree it isn't a bbq without my potato salad!
