"Highly Recommend! Mint sherbet was not available. I substituted rainbow with some green food coloring. It was a huge hit. I also substituted frozen strawberries for the marichino cherries. It will be a go to punch for the future."

Reviewed Lemon and Almond Rice Pudding

"AMAZING, i did heed the warnings below and only used juice of 1 lemon and zest of 2. i could live on this its so good! I used Meyer lemons. The rice is cooked uncovered the whole time! that will make a difference in consistency of the recipe, the moisture escapes at it simmers, unlike regular rice recipes that you cover. Stir often towards the end and especially after adding the amaretto and lemon. It thickens quickly. I am passing this on to my friends!

Reviewed Whole Pumpkin Pie Soup

"this was great fun to make as well as very easy. It is delicious, i will definitely make this again, I've already passed it on to some friends and family. I did find the onion to be a bit strong so i added some additional cream before serving. next time i will use less onion or a milder one.

Reviewed Mini Moroccan Lamb Burgers on Brioche Rounds with Lemon Yogurt Sauce

"I made a burger using this recipe as a guide. I didnt have fresh garlic so added garlic powder instead. I used it for full size burgers and did them on a cast iron grill pan. the seasoning was perfect! I set the burgers on some crubled feta on the bun, I used the yogurt sauce on the top and served with a side of home made slaw. A combination of whatever veggies I had (fennel, celery root, carrot, zucchini) and julienned them and mixed in sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, 2 tiny pinches of stevia extract powder, a touch of soy sauce, mixed with toasted sesame seeds and almonds in butter. Next time i will use a pita and stuff the lamb , yogurt sauce and slaw all in together. Excellent meal!
