Reviewed Simple Perfect Enchiladas
"Delicious! My picky meat and potato husband even loved them! It just took me forever to fry the tortillas-I kept running out of the oil frying each one by one. I'm still learning how to cook, so I wasn't sure how much oil I needed to fry all the tortillas with since the recipe didn't say, but I know to add a lot more than I did next time!"

"I'm just starting to cook and this turned out great. I am on a low salt diet, so I substituted canned diced no salt added Garlic, Basil and Oregano tomatoes and low sodium bread crumbs it was still delicious.
