Reviewed Amelie's Salted Caramel Brownies
"Tried this recipe out today and it came out decent. As StormyLee mentioned, when you add the cream the pot bubbles a lot. And once you create the caramel glaze, you have to use it quickly. Mine came out really well, very thick, buttery and salty.
The problem I had was with the brownie itself, it came out a bit grainy i.e. sugar grains..."
"Very nice recipe, takes some work but not hard. Found nice-sized Medjool dates at Trader Joes along with the almonds and their thick-cut, Applewood bacon. Once dates were pitted, not hard to stuff with almonds/cream cheese and wrap em up. Only tricky parts was slicing the cream cheese and I did a combo bake/broil session. 7 minutes a side of b""
